Choose how you move
Our classes are dynamic and high-energy, but you can still choose how you move! Members can pick between moving as a community in group mat and reformer pilates classes or book one-on-one private training sessions with instructors.

Our pilates studio offers an inclusive and fun space to sweat solo or with your friends. Top-of-the-line equipment and a state-of-the-art sound system outfit two unique studios for mat and reformer classes.
