The Grounded class

Our entry-level mat class is perfect for beginners. Work your way through our introductory pilates movements through a guided and approachable class. Lose yourself in the music as you ground yourself in the basics

The burn class

Great music, high tempo, and inclusive of all experience levels from beginner to expert, this is our quintessential Playground pilates offering. Get into the groove as you move through various technical motions in time to the music. This class focuses on burning out your muscle fibers through repetitive micro-movements so you will see targeted results in your strength and stamina.

The POWER class

This class focuses on targeted muscle group burnout paired with raising your pulse to tone and strengthen. An initial cardio segment get’s your heart rate pumping followed by a full-body workout series of technical movement rotations. This class offers a challenge while keeping you mentally and physically present. Open to all levels.

The CARDIO band class

Half off the mat, and then we hit the floor. This class is 1 part dance party, 1 part cardio hitt, and 1 part booty burn. If you are seeking high energy release and a lot of fun, this is it.
